Almost every few weeks the plugin releases new updates. It is important to always have the latest plugin version because some updates can have important changes related to stable work of the plugin.
In this article you will learn how to retrieve plugin automatic updates for both free and pro plugin versions.
Free plugin version updates
Free plugin version hosted on WordPress.org repository. This means that you don't need to make any extra actions to begin to receive plugin updates. Once the plugin is active navigate to Plugins -> All page and find Advanced Woo Search plugin there. If a new release is available you will see the corresponding message in the plugin box.

Just click Update now link to start receiving the plugin update.
PRO plugin version updates
Before starting to receive PRO plugin version updates it is needed to find and activate your license key. After this PRO version updates will be received the same way as for the free plugin version.
1. After the purchasing PRO plugin version you must receive email with plugin license details. Copy license key from this email.

2. From the same email you can download the .zip archive with PRO plugin version. Download it, install and activate it on your website. After installing PRO version FREE plugin version is no longer needed and can be deleted.
3. Go to the plugin settings page -> Updates tab. Here you can find a field for license key activation. Paste previously copied license key and click Activate License button.

4. After successful license activation you will start to receive plugin updates the same way that you did it and for any other standard WordPress plugin. Just go to Plugins -> All page and find Advanced Woo Search PRO plugin there.
